Frequently asked questions

Is my data separated from other transport businesses?: Yes. Every record carries an organisation id and access is enforced in the database with row-level security, not just in the interface. Drivers see only their assigned work; customers see only their own freight.
Does the driver app track vehicles by GPS?: No. Progress is milestone-based: drivers mark accepted, en route, arrived and delivered. There is no live GPS trace, and we do not present one.
Can I install it on a phone?: Yes. The driver and customer experiences install to the home screen as web apps and work on any modern phone browser.
What does it cost?: Startup is $29/month incl GST for up to 3 users and Growth is $79/month incl GST for up to 10 users. An owner or admin chooses a plan and completes secure checkout, and the operational modules are available as soon as payment is confirmed.
