Support
How to get help with MIA FreightOS.
Emergencies
MIA FreightOS is not an emergency service and must not be used to report one. If you have an urgent operational or safety emergency — a crash, fire, injury, dangerous load, or any immediate threat to life, road safety or property — call your local emergency services immediately (000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand, 911 or the local equivalent elsewhere) and follow your employer’s and your regulator’s incident-reporting requirements. Then, if relevant, record the facts through the in-app incident report so your organisation can act on them.
How to reach us
Support is by email only. There is no in-app chat, phone line or ticket portal. Email miafreight@outlook.com and include your organisation name and a short description of the issue. We respond during business hours; complex account or billing requests may take longer.
Never include card numbers, full passwords or other secrets in an email. We will never ask for your password.
Signing in
- Use the Sign in page and enter the email address and password for your organisation account.
- If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page. The reset email can take a few minutes and may land in a spam or junk folder.
- If you cannot see your organisation after signing in, confirm with your organisation owner or admin that your account was added with the correct email address and role.
- If the app is running in the native iOS shell and you cannot sign in, the same organisation credentials are used — there is no separate app-only account.
Still stuck? Email miafreight@outlook.com from the email address on your account.
Account access and activation
- MIA FreightOS is a paid subscription. Create your account, create your organisation, then choose a plan to activate it.
- Operational modules become available as soon as the payment provider confirms an active subscription for your organisation.
- Only an owner or admin can add members, change roles, or manage the subscription. Drivers and customer-portal users should ask their organisation admin for access changes.
- If your account is suspended for a failed payment, the owner or admin can resolve it from the billing settings page once the payment is updated.
See Pricing for plan prices.
Billing, invoices and the billing portal
- Plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars and include 10% GST where GST applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are never entered into or stored by MIA FreightOS.
- An owner or admin can open the Stripe billing portal from Settings → Billing to change payment methods, download tax invoices, update plans, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Subscriptions are sold to the business on the web only. The native iOS app contains no purchase UI and no link to a purchase page; existing access continues as normal.
For a charge you do not recognise or an invoice problem, email miafreight@outlook.com with the date and amount, and do not send card details.
Data export and deletion
- An organisation owner or admin can request an export of the organisation’s records, or request deletion when closing the organisation.
- Individuals can ask for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about them under the Privacy Act. See our Privacy Policy for how to make a request.
- Some records are kept for the period required by law (for example tax and financial records, and safety or compliance records). We will tell you what can and cannot be deleted.
Email miafreight@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Reporting a technical problem
- Note what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include the organisation name, the page or screen, and the approximate time.
- A screenshot or the exact error message helps. Do not include other organisations’ data, customer personal information, or payment details.
- Try signing out and back in, and clearing the browser cache or reinstalling the app, before reporting — this resolves many session issues.
Email miafreight@outlook.com with the details above. A technical problem is not an emergency — if the issue affects safety on the road, stop the work and use local emergency services first.
What we cannot help with
- We are a coordination and record-keeping tool, not a transport operator, freight forwarder or dispatcher. We cannot carry freight, find drivers, or guarantee delivery outcomes.
- We do not provide GPS tracking, truck-legal routing, fatigue-management certification, or regulatory certification. Those remain the operator’s responsibility.
- Records held by a transport operator on that operator’s behalf are controlled by the operator; we will refer access or correction requests for those records to the operator.
