- How do I get started?
- Create your account, set up your organisation, then choose Startup or Growth and complete secure checkout. The operational modules unlock as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- How are users counted?
- Every person with a login in your organisation counts — owner, admin, dispatcher and driver accounts combined. Customer portal logins for your own customers are not counted.
- Is GST included?
- Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST for Australian customers. Where GST does not apply, tax is handled at checkout by our payment provider. A tax invoice showing the GST component is issued for each successful payment and is available in the billing portal.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, monthly with no lock-in contract. Your data stays available for export while your organisation is open.
